A surname on the machine

Our founder is Holly Han. Han, plus colour: Hancolor.

In printing equipment it is not difficult to invent a name that sounds international. What takes conviction is putting your own family name on the machine. A trademark can be registered, transferred, or replaced with another one. A family name cannot. If a machine fails, or support does not follow through, what is at stake is not the reputation of a mark — it is your own name.

That is the commitment built into this brand: there is no fallback, so the machine has to be right. We are not building products for a brand. We are building products for our own name.

The motto: no borders in print, capability delivers

The brand motto is 印无界 · 能则达 — "print without borders, capability delivers".

The first half is the promise made to the customer: what you can print should not be limited by the equipment you were sold. The second half is the standard we hold ourselves to: printing without borders only means something if the machine and the support behind it can actually deliver.

It is a short motto, and it sets the direction for both sides of the business — what we build, and how we stand behind it.

How Hancolor and Henan Yinneng relate

This is the question overseas buyers ask most often, so here it is plainly. The company is Henan Yinneng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2021 in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Hancolor is that company's own brand of digital printing equipment.

Hancolor is not an agency, not a rebadged trading label, and not a second company. Yinneng is the company that builds the machines; Hancolor is the brand the customer sees on them. Your contract, export documents, warranty, spare parts and technical support all point to the same company — there is no gap between the seller and the maker.

Why that matters to a buyer

One accountable party. Contract, payment, warranty, spare parts and technical support sit with the same company. There is no passing a problem between a seller and a manufacturer who have never met.

The brand does not disappear. A family name does not change, and a brand named after it is not retired to start again under a different label. The entity you need to reach for a part in five or eight years is the one you bought from.

Commitments are traceable. Every machine's configuration and specifications cite the catalog page, and quotations itemise what is included instead of promising it verbally.

What backs the promise

A brand story that stops at a surname is only a story. What supports it is detail a buyer can check.

Specifications carry a source: product pages cite the 2026 catalog page, and speeds are given as a catalog figure at a stated pass count, with actual output depending on artwork, material and working conditions.

Quotations are itemised: equipment, printheads, ink, consumables, software, accessories, installation support and warranty scope are listed separately, so offers can be compared line by line.

A sample comes first: we print on the buyer's own material before any decision is made.

Documents are available: the quality management system certificate, machinery and EMC conformity attestation and EMC test report published in the company catalog, and on request for procurement or import review the current document, issuing body, certificate number and covered models.

Production is visible: production and loading videos, export documents and one-to-one online technical support, confirmed for each order.
