What products can a UV flatbed printer decorate?
Rigid or semi-rigid flat items within the printable area — acrylic, PVC foam board, aluminium composite, glass, ceramic tiles, wooden boards, phone cases and many promotional items. The material and the required adhesion determine the primer, ink and fixture setup.
How do I choose the print area?
Start from the largest plate or object you regularly produce, then add the margin you need. A larger table lets you print several small items in one pass and improves throughput, but it also takes more floor space and more lamp power to cure.
What is the biggest risk with a UV flatbed?
Adhesion on unfamiliar materials and consistent positioning on uneven objects. Share your exact material and object height with the team, request a test print, and confirm the fixture or jig needed before committing to a configuration.
