What is included in a complete garment DTF workflow?
A DTF printer, PET transfer film, hot-melt powder, a powder shaking or curing unit, and a heat press. Each step affects the final result, so the machine is only part of the purchase — plan for the film, powder, curing and press together.
How do I choose the right DTF print width?
Choose from the widest garment panel you regularly print, not from the smallest job. A wider machine lets you gang multiple designs in one pass and produce gang sheets, but it uses more space and costs more. Common widths start around 300 mm and go up to 600 mm or more.
What should I test before buying?
Ask for a sample printed on your own fabric and processed with your intended powder and press settings. Check stretch, wash durability and feel by hand, because the fabric and the finishing process affect the result as much as the printer.
