Dye-sublimation printers
The short answer
Dye-sublimation prints onto transfer paper first, then heat transfers the dye into polyester or polymer-coated material — so it only works on those substrates, and it adds no surface feel. The range runs 1900–3200 mm with two to eight heads. Choose width from the largest single piece you must deliver, then confirm the transfer and fixation equipment, which is not part of the printer.

Product questions
What is textile and flag printing used for?
Large-format printing onto fabric — flags, banners, backdrops, sportswear, soft signage and display textiles. Dye-sublimation transfers the image into polyester-based fabric, giving a soft feel and good wash resistance when the fixation step is done correctly.
Which fabric can I use?
Dye-sublimation works best with polyester and polyester-coated blends; the higher the polyester content, the stronger the colour. For cotton and other natural fibres, discuss a different process with the team, because sublimation inks do not bond to them the same way.
What should I confirm about fixation and finishing?
Confirm the fixation method and temperature, and whether you will need a calendar or heat press, a sewing or hemming step, and post-treatment. These determine the final colour and wash performance more than the printer alone.
